Returns:
If you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately. Eligible items only may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Shipping and service fees are non-refundable. The customer is solely responsible for return shipping costs. We don't offer exchanges. Sale Items can't be returned or refunded.
Full Refund Eligibility Requirements:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect item, or doesn’t arrive at all, please report the issue within 1–3 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) by emailing us at contact@catclubglobal.com. Attach a clear description and photos of the the matter.
If you need a different size, please email us within 1–3 days to request a return. Exchanges are not available. You can then simply place a new order for the correct size you need.
