At Cat Club Global, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. While we do not accept general returns, we’re committed to resolving any issues if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
No Returns or Exchanges Unless Item is Damaged or Defective
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size ordered, or general dissatisfaction.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not arrive at all, we’re here to help.
To Report this Issue:
You must email us immediately at contact@catclubglobal.com— within 1–3 days of delivery (or expected delivery) — and include:
• A clear description of the issue
• Photo proof of the item and packaging
We then will review your claim promptly. If approved, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
Refunds for Approved Claims (if applicable)
If a replacement is not possible or if we determine a refund is the best resolution:
• A refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Shipping and service fees are non-refundable
• Items must be unused and in original packaging (if a return is requested)
Important Notes:
• Sale items and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable
• We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, a new purchase is required
• Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility
International Orders, Taxes & Customs Fees
We curate our products from a variety of trusted manufacturers around the world to bring you unique, high-quality items. As a result, your order may ship from different locations depending on the item(s) purchased.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
If such fees are imposed on your package, you are responsible for paying them. If you refuse to pay these charges and the package is returned, abandoned, or destroyed, no refund will be issued.
